Do you want to drive sustainability work in depth? We are looking for a sustainability specialist who independently leads work with LCA/EPD, data collection, and certification processes while contributing expert knowledge to complex issues.

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven consultant who wants to work with life cycle assessments (LCA), environmental product declarations (EPD), and related sustainability and compliance processes in a technically advanced organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and communicate work related to LCA and EPDs
• Provide updates on LCA/EPD in monthly circularity forums
• Collaborate on modeling software-related work with other specialists
• Drive and structure further data collection, including analysis of data from summer students
• Collaborate with hardware engineers at various international locations
• Utilize and evaluate external tools and databases, for example, for material and component data
• Develop a template for REACH reporting
• Formulate a strategy for certificate management
• Initiate and follow up on processes for certificate renewal

About the Role

You are an individual contributor who uses in-depth specialist knowledge to carry out complex and specialized assignments. The role requires independent thinking, the ability to challenge established practices, and the application of relevant standards. You also act as support and coach for other professionals.

• Have solid experience in LCA, EPD, and sustainability analyses
• Have good knowledge of REACH and certification processes
• Work independently and in a structured manner from analysis to implementation
• Have a broad understanding of adjacent technical and organizational disciplines
• Communicate clearly with both technical experts and other stakeholders
